Today I received my August Birchbox. This month they partnered with Pencils of Promise. Pencils of Promise is a non-profit organization. They believe that every child should have an education. They create schools, programs and global communities around the common goal education for all.

In my box I received by the brand Comodynes 2 one time use packets of Hydra Tanning Face Moisturizing Summer Glow lotion. By the same brand I received 2 one time use Self Tanning Towelettes. I've never tried this brand so I hope they work well.
I received by the brand Beauty Fixation 3 one time use Makeup Removers. I happy I received them in my box. They will be nice for when I travel. They are also individually wrapped which is great.
I received by the brand DDF a Brightening Cleanser. I've never tried this product either but I have heard really good things about it so I'm excited to try this.
I received by the brand Juicy Couture a sample of there new perfume. This one is called Viva La Juicy La Fleur. This has a nice smell to it. Out of all there perfumes this one is my favorite.
Last I received a Schick razor, I think they put this in everyones box. I am happy they put this in the box because I have used this razor before and I like it.

It's funny how people's taste vary so differently. I got the same box and other than the cleanser, I pretty much hate it. It's the self tanners that I'm grumbly about mostly.

I have gotten boxes in the past that I was not happy with at all so I know how you feel, but this month I was happy with my box. I've never tried that brand of self tanners so I'm not sure how they are going to work (hopefully they work well), have you tried them before or you don't like self tanners at all? Everything else I know I'm going to use. I hope next month you get a box that you will enjoy. :)
