WALMART BEAUTY BOX!!!

I believe this is the first Walmart Beauty Box that they sent out.  They send this box I believe every 3 months.  The box is free but you do have to pay for the shipping & handling which is $5.00.

Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid Deodorant.   This is a 1.6 oz stick.  I don't mind that I received this in the box since I will end up using it at some point.

 Dove Advanced Hair Series Shampoo.  This is a good size sample to try out.  The size of this sample is 1 fl oz.

Dove Advanced Hair Series Conditioner.  This is the same size as the shampoo so a good size to try out.  I like that they included both shampoo and conditioner in the box.  The size is 1 fl oz.

Dove Pure Care Dry Oil.  This is Macadamia Oil for the hair.  I don't like putting any kinds of oils in my hair so this will be traded.  The size is .4 fl oz.

L'OREAL Glossy Balm.  The color they send is #220 Innocent Coral.  I'm still deciding if I should open this or just trade it since I have so many lip balms already.  This looks like it might be full size.

COVERGIRL Glowing Nights glosstinis.  This is a grey/black color.  This will be perfect for halloween.  The size is .11 fl oz.

They also put in some tiny samples in the box.

 Overall I think this is a good box for only $5.00.  They put in a good amount of samples to try out and nice sizes also.

September BIRCHBOX Review!!

SEPTEMBER BIRCHBOX REVEIW!!!

Birchbox is a monthly subscription box that is only $10.00 a month or $110.00 a year.  You will receive 4-5 beauty samples in each box that are tailored to your profile.

Like last month they let you choose one item that you wanted to receive in your box.  The item that I picked was the Davines Oi Conditioner.

The box this month has a really cute design.

-Davines Oi Conditioner.  This is the item I choose this month.  This conditioner is loaded with apricot butter and roucou oil.  This is a detangler that protects and also softens your hair.  The full size is $32.00.

-Davines shampoo and oil.  They included these 2 packets in as a bonus which is great that they are the same brand.  The full size for these items are $26.00-$41.00.

-Acure Organics Day Cream.  This is made with goth kola stem cells and is supposed to firm and protect your skin.  I've received a few different day creams in the past few months so I have no idea when I will be using this one.  The full size is $18.99.

-Atelier Cologne in Vanille Insensee Fragrance.  This is one item I was not happy at all to see in the box.  I don't like received colognes in boxes since I usually don't like the smell of them.  I will be trading this one.  The full-size is $75.00-$185.00.

-Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm in Honey Nectar.  This is a pretty shade.  This leaves your lips hydrated and so soft.  I really like this product a lot.  The full size is $8.00.

-Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Starter Kit.  This comes with the cleanser and also a muslin cloth, and is a birchbox exclusive.  I have not tried this out yet but I will be trying it out soon. I was also very happy to see this in the box and it came in a cute little blue box.  The full-size is $24.50.

This was a great box for me.  I once again will be using almost everything in the box and whatever I don't use I will just trade.

AUGUST GLOSSY BOX REVIEW!!!

Glossy Box is a monthly subscription that is $21.00 per month.  With your subscription you will receive 5 beauty products in each box.

This month came a little later than usually.  The box was also a little different then the ones we usually get.  This box is more squared.

This month was also the 3rd year for GLOSSYBOX.

-ESLOR Firming Collagen Day Cream.  This cream contains natural skin-firming ingredients.  It has ginseng extract, hydrolyzed marine collagen, avocado, wheat germ and sesame oils.  This cream is supposed to prevent the early appearance of wrinkles.
The size they sent us was a .34 oz sample.  The full size is 1.7 oz and is $85.00.

-KRYOLAN FOR GLOSSYBOX Highlighter in Cashmere.  This highlighter is a special-edition for the third birthday.  You can use this highlighter on cheekbones, eyes, or lips.  The full size is $18.95.

-UBERLISS Hydrating Shampoo & Conditioner.  I always like it when I get shampoo and conditioner in boxes since I know I will use them.  I like that they also included both the shampoo and the conditioner in the box.  Each bottle is 2 fl oz.  The full size shampoo is $23.90 for a 12 fl oz and the full size of the conditioner is $25.90 also for a 12 fl oz.

-SPARITUAL Explor color Collection.  The color I received is called Magnify.  This is a really nice pink color.  The full size is $12.00.

-EYEKO Skinny Liquid Eyeliner.  So this is just ok for me since I don't use liquid eyeliners so I'll be trading this one.  I received a .035 oz sample.  The full size is .07 and is $16.00.

This this box was pretty good for me.  I'll be using most of the items in this box and the rest I'll just trade.

Sudzclub is a monthly subscription service.  They will send you all the basic toiletries that you need each month to your house or dorm room.  They send you all your toiletries in a cute package.  Sudzclub sent me this bag to review.  

They have a few subscription options.

They are both full size products which is great.  On amazon they are $13.89 for both.

I like the fact that they covered the top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles with clear wrap so they wouldn't spill in the bag.  

 -Daily Defense Body Wash that is enriched with Macadamia Oil.
I couldn't find this online so I'm just taking a guess at how much it is and I'll say $8.00.

 -Razz bath & shower sponge.
This is probably around $1.00.

-Colgate Extra Clean Toothbrush.
 They have a pack of 12 on amazon for $12.25 so about $1.02 for one brush.

-Colgate Triple Action Toothpaste.
On amazon a pack of 5 go for $13.50 so for one is about $2.70.

-3 pack of Gillette 2 razors.
I could not find this either online so I'm going to say this is about $1.50.

-Gillette Satin Care shaving cream.
This is the smaller bottle so I'm going to say its probably $2.00.

-Lady Speed Stick in powder fresh scent.
On amazon for a pack of 6 is $12.58 so for one its about $2.09.

-NYC long wearing nail polish in the color 109 pink promenade cream.
On amazon this nail polish is $3.47.  I think they added this as an extra item in the bag.

-3 Hair ties.
I think they also added this as an extra in the bag and I'm going to say this goes for about $1.00.

They also included a coupon for $20.00 off on UBER.  So all together for the items I might be a little off on total since I couldn't find everything but around $37.00.  But they also included the cute bag and the $20.00 off coupon so this bag has a value of over $50.00 for everything.

From Green Toys my daughter received Pig-on-Wheels.  This little piggy is super cute.  Green Toys are made form 100% recycled plastic milk jugs.  They are BPA, PVC, Phthalate free and have not external coatings.  The retail price is $12.99.

From Weleda I received a bottle of Citrus Body Lotion.  This is a 6.8 fl oz bottle and full size.  The retail of this lotion is $16.50.

From me4kidz came a Reusable Ice Pack Cat.  This is non-toxic and BPA free.  This is a great product just to have around the house.  The design of this is really cute.  The retail price for this ice pack is $3.95.

From Petit Collage came a Forest Friends Growth Chart.  This is an awesome product, and also so cute.  I was very happy to see this in the box.  I couldn't find the exact one on-line but I found one similar and the retail price for the similar one is $19.95, so I'm going to guess that its probably the same price.

 

So thats everything that I received in my August Citrus Lane Box.  This was a really good box for me.  I love the grown chart and the reusable ice pack.

August Socialbliss Style Box!!

AUGUST SOCIALBLISS STYLE BOX!!!

The Socialbliss Style Box is a monthly fashion box.  Each box has a value of at least $100 and sometimes even up to $200.  In the box you can find handbags, accessories, makeup etc...  The cost each month is $39.95 + $9.95 shipping.

This month the theme was "End Of Summer Daze".

Totes Galore.  This tote has a laser-cut design which is really cute.  I received this really pretty purple color.  This is a light weight and very soft tote.  The bag also comes with a dust bag that you can use two different ways.  The first way is to use the dust bag inside so you can protect all your items carried inside and the other option is you can use the dust bag when storing your tote away.  The sugg. retail of this bag is $48.00.

Bare Escentuals Retractable Lip Brush.  When I first opened this up I thought it was broken until I figured it out that you have to use the cap to hold it in place.  This is nice and little so it won't take up too much space in your makeup bag.  The sugg. retail is $7.00.

Turquoise Necklace by Influence.  This is an acorn-shaped necklace.  The acorn is not too big which I like.  I think this will look nice with different outfits.  The sugg. retail of this necklace is $18.00.

The Wiser Visor.  I'm not really a visor kinda person, but this one is cute.  Its easy to store and won't take up a lot of room since you can just roll it up.  I'm still not sure if I will ever use this or not, so I might have to trade this one.  The sugg. retail is $18.00.

Double Bar Cuff Bracelet.  You can adjust this bracelet if you need to.  I think this will be super cute if you layer it with other bracelets.  The sugg. retail is $12.00.

Metallic Hex Tattoo By The PI Collection.  Once again I don't think I would use this either.  The sugg. retail is $4.00.

So everything in the box came out to $107.00.  I will be using most of the items in this box and the rest I will be trading.  I think this box would have been better getting it at the beginning of summer and not at the end since I have no idea how many times I will even use these items.
