The first bag that I received in my box was a bag of Sunshine Chips.  This bag has mixed vegetable chips with sea salt.  The bag contained Sweet Yellow Potato, Squash, Taro, Carrot, Green Bean and Sweet Purple Potato.  The bag is net wt. 4 oz.

The next bag is a bag of Country Ranch Peas.  These are crunchy peas covered with a coating of ranch, they are very tasty.  The net wt. is 4 oz.

Next I have a bag of Masa Crisps.  They are corn chips with flax seeds.  These were also very good.  The net wt. is 4 oz.

Next I have a bag of Smoky Pumpkin Seeds.  They are Tamari flavored pumpkin seeds.  The net wt. is 4 oz.

The last bag is a bag of Pistachio Power Clusters.  They are nut squares with almonds, cashews and pistachios.  I also enjoyed these.  The net wt. is 4 oz.

GFREELY Box Review!!

Today I would like to share with you my review of the GFREELY Box.  GFREELY is a monthly box witch comes with healthy, gluten free snacks.  I enjoy healthy snacks so this was a nice box to receive.  GFREELY was nice enough to send me this box so I could try out and review.

The first thing that I pulled out of the box was a pack of organic all-natural dried mango by Mavuno Harves.  These were grown in Uganda.  They have no preservatives and no added sugar.  These were good.  They tasted like dried mangos.  The net wt. is 1 oz.

Next I have a bag of Pretzel's by the brand Pretzel Perfection.  I received the original recipe.  They are twice-baked pretzel sticks.  They have a buttery blend of herbs and spices.  They were very good.  I liked that they still had the crunchy texture and I liked all the different herbs and spices they used.  The net wt. is 1 oz.

Then I have an out-based cereal by the brand Vigilant-Eats.   This is perfect for when your on the go since it brings a spoon in the inside.  So all you have to do is add cold water to your desired consistency, you can also add milk or hot water if preferred.  The cup is not microwaveable.  This has no soy, no dairy, no additives, no preservatives and no refined sugar.  The size of this cup is net wt. 3 oz.

I received a bag of Surf Sweets jelly beans.  These are made with organic fruit juice, fortified with vitamin c with natural colors & flavors.  The net wt. is .9 oz.

Next I have a bag of The Good Bean all natural chickpea snacks.  They are high in fiber with 7g protein and non-gmo.  They have 40% less fat then nuts.  The flavor that I received was sea salt.  They had a nice crunch to them.  These were very good.  The net wt. is 2.5 oz

I received a box of Orange Ginger Qookies by Tru Roots.  I received the flavor Orange Ginger.  These were just ok.  If they were a different flavor I think the would have been a lot better.  The net wt. is 4.94 oz

Next I have a bag of PopCorners popped corn chips.  I have the seal salt flavor.  I have had these popped corn chips before.  They are very good.  They are air popped with real corn and all natural ingredients.  The net wt. is 1.1 oz.

I have a bag of cocoa slims dessert crackers.  These were really, really good.  I kinda wish I had more of these.  The net wt. is 0.7 oz.

I have a breakfast bar by rise.  I have the crunchy perfect pumpkin flavor.  This is all natural with 7g protein.  I have not tried this yet so I'm not sure what it tastes like but I'm sure it will be good.  The net wt. is 1.4 oz.

Then I have 2 packets of Roots powdered vegetables and fruits in blueberry flavor by Deeply Rooted.  Each packet is a whole day's worth of super foods.  The net wt. of each packet is 0.39 oz.

The last 2 things that I received are a $50.00 wine gift card and a gluten free banana berry muffin.  In order to use the wine gift card I have to spend at least $51.00.

Betty Lou's!!

Today I would like to show you guys a few items from a company called Betty Lou's.  Betty Lou's is a company that sells healthy snacks.  They decided to remove refined sugar and they began creating recipes that were made with honey and brown rice syrup instead.

The company was nice enough to send me a box of products to try out.

They sent me 3 Gluten-Free Nut Butter Balls. 

They sent me one Almond Butter High Protein Ball.  This one has 12 Grams of Protein, its non-gmo, it has 3 grams fiber and has no trans fat.  The NET WT. is 1.75 oz.

Next one is a Coconut Macadamia with Plant Phytosterols.  This has No Trans Fat, 6g Fiber and 10g of Protein.  The NET WT. is 1.4 oz.  

The last one is the Peanut Butter with Electrolytes.  This has B-Complex Vitamins and 15g Protein.  It has no Trans fat, no corn or soy and non-gmo.  The NET WT. is 1.75 oz.

Next I have one Wilderness Bar.
One Strawberry Gluten Free Fruit Bar.  The Net Wt. is 2 oz.
Then I have one Apple Cinnamon Gluten Free Fruit Bar.  The Net. Wt. is 2 oz.

They sent me 2 Just Great Stuff Antioxidant Organic, Gluten Free Vegan Bars.
The first one is a Superberry + Acai.  The Antioxidants are Equivalent to 7 1/2 servings of Acai Berries, Raspberries and Dates per bar.  The Net Wt. is 1.5 oz.
They also sent me a Fruit + Veggie bar.  In this bar the Antioxidants are Equivalent to 11 servings of Spinach, Carrots and Dates per bar.  The Net Wt. is 1.5 oz.

The last 2 items in the box are one protein shake and one powdered organic peanut butter.
The Whey Protein Shake has 20g protein, low glycemic.  This shake is sugar, lactose, gluten and hormone free.  This shake is in vanilla flavor.  All you have to add is cold water.  The Net Wt. is 1.5 oz.
The last item is a chocolate powdered organic peanut butter.  It has 90% less fat then traditional peanut butter.  It has 1g Fat per serving.  All you have to do is add water.

Overall, I have tried almost everything in the box and everything that I have tried was very tasty.  The nut butter balls had different textures but very tasty.  The powdered peanut butter I thought was very interesting.  I've never seen powdered peanut butter before.  If you want to try out some healthy snacks that taste good check out Betty Lou's.

Glow Bug Cloth Diaper Review and Giveaway!!

Today I would like to share with you a diaper from Glow Bug Cloth Diapers.  The company was nice enough to send me 1 cloth diaper and they are also giving one of my followers a cloth diaper.

If you are pregnant or if you are using disposable diapers you should look into cloth diapers.  This diaper is adjustable.  It has a bunch of snaps so you can adjust the diaper to fit your baby properly.  This diaper is very soft so i'm sure my baby will be very comfortable in it.  You won't have a problem putting this diaper on your baby since its really easy to put the diaper on, you put it on just like you would put on a disposable diaper.  They are also very cute.

Bondi New York Review!!

Inside the box also came a jump start nourishing kit by Suki to-go.  The nourishing kit has 7 one time use packets for the face and body.  The 7 packets are one intensive nourishing masque, one velvet moisturizing cream, one exfoliate foaming cleanser, one moisture-rich cleansing lotion, one intensive nourishing cream, one concentrated nourishing toner and one pure facial moisture-nourishing.

Overall I think this is a great value for the box you are getting.  The nail polish is nice to apply since its a nice smooth polish, it also dries very quickly.

The nail polishes are 5 free (from formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, toluene and also DBP) so they are safer then some nail polishes.  All of the net profits goes to their non-profit foundation which supports a wide variety of charitable causes throughout the United States (which is awesome).

San Franola Granola Review and Giveaway!!

Today I have a review and giveaway for San Franola Granola.  San Franola Granola is a little different than other granola company's.  The granola is healthier then other granola company's since they freshly roast there natural ingredients.  They have less sugar, 10 grams of protein, high fiber, and they are bigger clusters.  They have two different kinds of granola, one with raisins and one without raisins.  The company was nice enough to send me some granola to review and also they are going to have a giveaway.

They sent me one 12 oz bag of granola with raisins.  The cost of this bag is $8.00.

They also sent me 3 single serve boxes of granola without raisins.  Each box is 1.55 oz.  The cost of each box is $2.00.
